Nostalgia Townlet is a new community taking shape in Calgary’s deep south, perched along the ridgeline overlooking the Bow River. Designed with a European-inspired character, the neighbourhood will feature timeless architecture, Rocky Mountain views, and direct connections to the river’s edge. Work began with the construction of a major storm pond facility, where Wilco initiated finish grading in late 2025, installed a GCL synthetic liner, and completed early piping for the pump network. Throughout 2026, Wilco will continue with storm utility piping and vaults, pump and filtration systems, extensive tree planting, aquatic vegetation, and the creation of timber boardwalks and pathways linking the community’s park spaces. Entry feature construction is already underway, including a substantial masonry landmark on the main street, accented with gas lanterns and traditional, old-world detailing. Every aspect of Nostalgia Townlet is envisioned with premium craftsmanship and materials.
