Wilco is proud to have helped the Villains Club bring their long-envisioned soccer facility to life – a milestone that represents years of planning, fundraising, and perseverance. Our team excels at collaborating with specialized clients, tailoring budgets, and navigating complex schedules to meet ambitious goals. Breaking ground at the end of August, Wilco delivered the project in time for game play and facility bookings in the first week of January 2026 – an achievement made possible through constant communication and high-performance coordination among all partners. Wilco completed the full site development, including stripping and grading, field drainage, deep storm utilities, installation of a Stormceptor unit, cast-in-place concrete foundations and dome anchor points, parking lot and driveway construction, and landscape works. The Farley Group installed the airsupported dome, while FieldTurf completed the artificial turf surface. Key challenges included waiting on final approvals before starting work while still meeting a fixed installation date for the prefabricated dome, and pushing hard to ensure the field was playready for the club’s winter season. The result is a facility that will serve athletes and the community for years to come.
