2025 was a milestone year in Harmony’s ongoing growth. Wilco completed the new 30-foot span concrete girder bridge that now carries traffic across the lake, opening to vehicles in July. Built on steel pile foundations with concrete grade beams and MSE precast retaining walls, the bridge provides a durable and visually cohesive connection within the community. Along the Village Centre shoreline, Wilco constructed a 120-metre cast-in-place concrete retaining wall, complemented by stone stairways that link future shops and amenities from street level down to the water’s edge. New park spaces and playgrounds in the Village area will soon enhance emerging professional and mixed-use developments, helping establish a vibrant core for residents and visitors. The newly opened East Harmony Trail improves community circulation and provides direct access to Mickelson National Golf Club, with 200 elm trees planted along its boulevards. Looking ahead, Harmony will continue to expand with Phase 2 of the Adventure Zone park, nearby road upgrades and Costco construction, and the next stage of lake development scheduled to begin filling in 2026.
