Wilco acted as a subcontractor responsible for paving stone installation and soft landscaping works, including the full design and installation of the irrigation system.

The scope included supply and placement of high-quality unit paving, planting, soil preparation, and irrigation infrastructure to support long-term plant health in a highly visible and heavily trafficked urban corridor. The irrigation design was coordinated with the overall landscape intent and site constraints to ensure efficient water use and reliable system performance.
