This project involved new park construction adjacent to wetlands, with approximately 11 hectares of grading, topsoil, and compost installation. The scope included over 2 km of asphalt pathways, extensive decorative concrete flatwork and edging, pathway and site amenity electrical, site furnishings, a soccer pitch, ballfields with chain-link backstops, irrigation systems, planting, irrigated and naturalized seeding, and full landscape establishment maintenance.

Specialized site amenities included a spray park, a large play area, and a challenge course, along with a box culvert bridge and 70 m of timber boardwalk supported on piles. Structural works also included helical piling and concrete abutments for a 30 m pedestrian bridge. A major feature was a large amphitheatre integrated into the landform, constructed with multiple retaining walls, stone paving, and artificial turf, creating a multifunctional gathering and event space within the park setting.
