Mahogany’s 13 acre Central Green is the gathering space for this lake community. The park is laid out with a naturalized, contoured amphitheater area with a covered bandshell stage, perfect for concerts and community events. The greenspace stretches between the new multi-family condo and townhome buildings, a short walk across the street from the restaurants and coffee shops of Westman Village. The new tennis courts and upcoming community garden will serve the local residents well, and the feature ‘Trout Playground’  by Earthscape Play is already a popular destination for families. Wilco uses precision 3D GPS grade-control machines to shape the park with accuracy and efficiency. The 400 elms, ash, maples and pines will provide shade space for this park. Wilco has worked in Mahogany since Phase 1, for the last 15 years, and is proud of the quality of the landscape and the maturation of the tree canopy and the natural areas throughout.
