Work included:

• Clearing and grubbing of existing vegetation
• 20 acres of existing pond and wetland dewatering
• 25 acres of topsoil stripping
• 410,000m3 of earth movement for storm water retention pond construction
• 400m storm culverts (installed under pressurized sanitary force main
)
• 8m deep storm control structure manhole
